Terms of Service
OVERVIEW
Welcome to WANTI Jewelry.
This website is operated under the trade name WANTI Jewelry. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to WANTI Jewelry.
We provide this website, including all information, products, services, tools, and features available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced in these Terms.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including individual consumers, piercing studios, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, business buyers, and other visitors.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products through it.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using this website, you confirm that you have reached the age of legal majority in your place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities carried out through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, measurements, materials, images, colors, and other product information.
However, product appearance may vary slightly because of photography, screen settings, lighting, production batches, natural material variation, stone characteristics, finishing processes, or other reasonable manufacturing differences.
Measurements may also be subject to normal production tolerances.
Customers are responsible for reviewing relevant product information, including size, gauge, length, threading, material, color, and other specifications before placing an order.
Product availability, specifications, packaging, and designs may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, adjust product specifications, or limit quantities available for purchase where reasonably necessary.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice. If you have questions about piercing suitability, healing, allergies, or other health-related matters, you should consult a qualified professional.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right to review, accept, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
-
Incorrect pricing or product information
-
Product unavailability
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
-
Shipping restrictions
-
Compliance or regulatory concerns
-
Unusually large or abnormal orders
-
Errors affecting the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion.
Products may be purchased for personal use or for legitimate business purposes, including resale by piercing studios, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other professional buyers.
Wholesale, customized, OEM, private-label, and bulk orders may be subject to additional terms confirmed before or at the time of ordering.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.
Prices, discounts, shipping promotions, volume pricing, and other offers may change from time to time without prior notice.
The price and applicable promotion displayed at checkout when an order is submitted will normally apply to that order.
Promotional offers may be subject to minimum order values, product exclusions, geographic limitations, expiry dates, or other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot necessarily be combined.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or promotional errors.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout unless other payment terms have been agreed for a business order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Standard orders are generally prepared for dispatch within the processing period stated in our Shipping Policy.
Customized, OEM, private-label, made-to-order, or large-volume orders may require additional production or preparation time.
Shipping methods, costs, estimated transit times, and available delivery options may vary according to destination, order value, and current shipping arrangements.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, remote locations, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For current shipping options, processing times, transit estimates, and tracking information, please review our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs processing charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable duties or taxes are collected during checkout, they will be displayed before payment.
Where duties or taxes are not collected by us during checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying applicable charges to customs authorities or the delivery carrier.
Customers are responsible for understanding any import requirements that apply in their destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for charges imposed by third-party customs or government agencies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible standard retail purchases, return requests may generally be submitted within 30 days after receiving the order, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Because body piercing jewelry comes into direct contact with the body, certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns after they have been worn, inserted, used, altered, or had an applicable hygiene seal removed.
This restriction does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming products where such rights exist under applicable law.
Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days after receiving the last item in your order, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions.
Certain products may be excluded from this right, including customized or personalized products and, where applicable, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed.
Further information about eligibility, return conditions, refunds, and applicable exceptions is available in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where an electronic cancellation or return function is available through your customer account or order page, eligible EU / EEA customers may also use that function to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
SECTION 8 – WHOLESALE AND PROFESSIONAL BUYERS
Piercing studios, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other professional buyers are welcome to purchase products through our website.
Wholesale pricing, quantity requirements, product availability, shipping arrangements, payment terms, and other commercial conditions may differ from standard retail terms.
Where wholesale pricing or business purchasing features are provided through a customer account, catalog, volume-pricing system, or other business purchasing arrangement, those conditions apply to the relevant order.
Professional buyers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and confirming that products are suitable for their intended commercial use and local market requirements.
Resale is permitted for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable laws and any specific brand, distribution, or contractual restrictions agreed in writing.
SECTION 9 – OEM, ODM, PRIVATE-LABEL AND CUSTOM ORDERS
We may provide OEM, ODM, private-label, customized, logo, packaging, made-to-specification, or other custom services.
Custom projects may involve additional requirements relating to:
-
Minimum order quantities
-
Product specifications
-
Materials
-
Measurements
-
Design confirmation
-
Samples
-
Packaging
-
Logo or branding
-
Production time
-
Payment terms
-
Shipping arrangements
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving agreed specifications before production begins.
Once production of a customized or made-to-specification order has begun, cancellation or change-of-mind returns may no longer be possible.
Customized, OEM, private-label, and made-to-specification products are generally final sale unless they are defective, materially different from the confirmed specifications, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to a remedy required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.
Where separate written terms have been agreed for a custom project, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
SECTION 10 – ORDER CANCELLATION
Standard orders may be cancelled before fulfillment or shipment where processing has not progressed to a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to request a cancellation.
Customized, OEM, private-label, wholesale, or made-to-order purchases may not be cancellable once production, customization, or preparation has begun.
For eligible EU / EEA consumer orders, statutory withdrawal rights may apply independently of this general cancellation policy. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for further information.
Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights required by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, product photography, videos, logos, layouts, designs, icons, and website content, is owned by or licensed to WANTI Jewelry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for legitimate personal or commercial purchasing purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or commercially use our website content without permission except where permitted by applicable law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of WANTI Jewelry trademarks, product photography, website content, branding, or other intellectual property.
For custom projects involving customer-provided logos, designs, artwork, or other intellectual property, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use and provide those materials.
SECTION 12 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES
Our website may use services, tools, payment providers, logistics providers, social platforms, applications, or integrations supplied by third parties.
Some functionality may therefore be subject to additional terms and privacy practices established by those third parties.
We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for the independent acts, policies, or services of third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.
You should review relevant third-party terms where appropriate.
SECTION 13 – SHOPIFY
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that allows us to offer products and services through this website.
However, purchases made directly from WANTI Jewelry are transactions between the customer and WANTI Jewelry unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shopify is not the seller of WANTI Jewelry products solely because it provides the ecommerce platform.
Certain Shopify customer-facing services, including services such as Shop or Shop Pay where available, may be subject to separate Shopify terms and privacy policies.
SECTION 14 – PRIVACY
Our collection, use, storage, and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as necessary to operate the website, process orders, deliver products, provide customer service, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and perform other activities described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain information may also be processed by service providers such as Shopify, payment providers, logistics companies, analytics providers, or other providers necessary to operate the store.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.
SECTION 15 – FEEDBACK, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily provide reviews, feedback, suggestions, photographs, comments, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, malicious, or that violates another person's rights.
Where you submit a product review, testimonial, photograph, or similar content for publication, you grant us permission to display and use that material in connection with our website, products, customer service, or marketing, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services:
-
For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
-
To violate applicable laws or regulations
-
To infringe intellectual property or other legal rights
-
To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
-
To transmit malware or harmful code
-
To interfere with the security or operation of the website
-
To scrape, harvest, or collect information unlawfully
-
To impersonate another person or organization
-
To attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
-
To engage in abusive, threatening, deceptive, or harmful conduct
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 17 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
From time to time, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, availability, specifications, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.
Where an error materially affects an order that you have already placed, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and provide an appropriate solution.
SECTION 18 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We aim to provide accurate information, reliable products, and a functional shopping experience.
However, except where warranties or guarantees are required by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, error, or technical issue.
Products and services are provided subject to their stated specifications and any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 19 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WANTI Jewelry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of the website or purchase of products where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
SECTION 20 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
This provision does not apply where liability cannot legally be imposed on you under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 21 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
SECTION 22 – TERMINATION
Either you or WANTI Jewelry may stop using the services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where there has been fraud, unlawful conduct, misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or another legitimate reason.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, dispute rights, or other provisions intended to survive termination.
SECTION 23 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any additional terms agreed for a specific order or service, form the agreement governing your use of our website and purchases made through it.
For wholesale, OEM, private-label, customized, or other specially negotiated orders, separately agreed written terms may supplement these Terms.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and specific written terms agreed for a particular custom or business order, the specifically agreed terms will apply to that order to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 24 – GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms and transactions with WANTI Jewelry are governed by the laws applicable to our place of establishment in mainland China, except where mandatory laws applicable to the customer provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws applicable in your country or region.
Where a dispute arises, we encourage customers to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from using any court, consumer protection procedure, or dispute-resolution process that they are legally entitled to use.
SECTION 25 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, products, legal obligations, or website functionality.
The version published on this website at the time of use will apply unless otherwise required by law.
Material changes may be communicated where required by applicable law.
You should review these Terms periodically.
